Day Bootcamps

Dedicate a day to your health and fitness with The Green Bootcamps.  Our expertly balanced programme includes various activities that will get your heart pumping, your muscles working and will leave you feeling invigorated.

The day will be held at our beautiful venue in West Lydford, Somerset.

  3. Have fun

Typical day:

  • 10:00am: Warm up

  • 10:15am: Outdoor Bootcamp

  • 11:00am: Team Game

  • 11.30am: Pilates

  • 12.30pm: Healthy Lunch

  • 1:15pm: TRX Strength Training

  • 2:15pm: Active Mobility & Stretch

  • 3pm: Finish

This is suitable for all levels, whether you are a novice or an experienced athlete.

I also offer a comprehensive functional movement screen.  This is to test for any weaknesses, areas of tightness or areas that need mobilising that you may have and may be holding you back.  If you want to add this on to your day it will be an additional £30 and can be booked before or after the session times.
