At The Green Bootcamps we don't believe in fad diets, we only serve nourishing, delicious, whole foods that are naturally rich in protein and complex carbohydrates. We refrain from using any processed or refined foods or any simple carbohydrates. We try and grow as much of our own produce as possible, and source ingredients as locally as possible.
Many of our recipes are healthy adaptations of well-known dishes, inspired by our travels and by well-known chefs' recipes, as well as some of our own creations. There is a strong mediterranean influence in our foods due to our heritage and their simple, yet healthy eating practices.
